The Jewel of the Forest
- Tensan Silk is native to Japan, found 5,000 years ago, and has been cultivated since that time by the Emperor of Japan from generation to generation.
It lives its life in the sunlight and crisp-cool air of the forest valley producing a sparkling green color silk. Because of the rare color of Green, it’s called The Jewel of the Forest.
Known as the finest silk in the world, it can only be harvested once a year and it accounts for less than 1% among the entire silk harvested.
Contains 18 of the same amino acids found in humans, making it suitable for human skin’s natural properties.
